Simple greetings and common prompt bundles can use fixed package pricing. Larger menus, multiple locations, languages, music or unusual file requirements are quoted clearly before recording begins.

Do you offer fixed pricing?

Yes. OHVO offers fixed pricing for common greetings and phone-system packages, so you can compare the usual options without waiting for a custom quote.

When do I need a tailored quote?

A tailored quote is best when the job includes multiple prompts, a long script, more than one language, custom music, several branches or specific phone-system requirements.

Are prices one-time fees?

Most greeting and prompt recordings are one-time fees. Later wording changes, extra prompts or seasonal messages can be ordered separately.

Is GST included?

Tax wording depends on the billing region and is shown with the relevant pricing or quote. New Zealand pricing is confirmed with GST wording before recording begins.

How long should a greeting be?

Most single greetings work best under 30 seconds or around 90 words. Menu prompts should be even shorter so callers can choose quickly.

Can I send notes instead of a finished script?

Yes. Send the main points, opening hours, departments, transfer options or tone you want. OHVO will confirm the wording before recording.

Do you use real human voices?

Yes. OHVO uses real human voice talent, not AI-generated voices, so the finished recording sounds natural and credible.

Do you offer NZ, AU, UK or US voices?

Yes. OHVO can supply voice talent with New Zealand, Australian, British, American and other international accents.

Can I get bilingual or multilingual recordings?

Often, yes. Send the languages and scripts you need and OHVO will confirm suitable talent, pronunciation checks and pricing.

Most recordings are delivered within 3 working days or sooner once wording, voice talent and pricing are confirmed.

What file formats do you provide?

OHVO supplies WAV, MP3 and other commonly requested phone-system formats suitable for PBX and VoIP systems.

Can you supply WAV, MP3, PBX or VoIP-ready files?

Yes. Files are supplied ready for your provider or team to upload to your phone system, with the format and sample rate checked before delivery.

Can you help if my phone system needs a specific format?

Yes. Send the format notes from your phone provider or technician and OHVO will prepare the closest suitable finished audio files.

Do you update our phone system for us?

OHVO records and supplies phone-ready audio files, but does not directly manage or configure business phone systems, PBX platforms or VoIP services. Your phone provider, IT team or internal staff usually upload the files.

Yes. Seasonal and after-hours messages are common add-ons, and they can be supplied as separate files for easier phone-system updates.
